Shipping costs
Shipping, insurance and packaging costs amount to a fixed price of CHF 15.00 / € 12.00.
Delivery
You will receive your order items usually within three weeks after receipt of your payment.

Packaging
Each piece of jewellery is supplied in attractive packaging.
Guarantee
You receive an one year guarantee for each piece of jewellery (this does not cover loss, damage or natural wear).
Right of return
You have the right to return all items in their original packaging within 5 days after receipt, no questions asked. Items must be returned by registered mail in the condition they were received. All shipping costs are excluded.
Bulk discount
Bulk discount is available upon inquiry. Please contact us regarding the bulk quantity required.

We observe all requirements specified under the data protection act and tele-service act.
